UF System Overview
Industrial UF Systems are pressure-driven membrane filtration plants designed for the removal of suspended solids, colloidal materials, bacteria, viruses, and macromolecular organics from underground water sources. The systems utilize hollow fiber ultrafiltration membranes with a nominal pore size of 0.01 μm, operating via trans-membrane pressure differential to separate particles according to molecular weight.

System Operation Modes
The PLC-controlled system automatically cycles through the following operational modes:

Filtration — normal permeate production

Backwash 1 & 2 — sequential reverse-flow cleaning

Chemical Clean (CIP) — periodic deep cleaning using centrifugal pump and PE tank

Equipment Flush — post-maintenance rinse
Application
