Welcome to Hinada’s water treatment facility. Here is our high-efficiency multi-media filtration system, capable of delivering 80 tons of clean water per hour. Powering the system are dual feed pumps, with one work one standby for 24 hours.
A dedicated backwash pump ensures thorough cleaning without affecting production The system operates with two vessels in parallel, each with a capacity of 40 tons per hour, working together to ensure continuous and efficient filtration.
A third vessel serves as a standby unit, enabling seamless switching during maintenance or peak demand, ensuring uninterrupted water supply.
After multi-media filtration, water enters secondary cartridge filters, removing micron-level particles to meet stringent industrial standards. After dual-stage filtration, the water is visibly clear and fully meets the rigorous requirements of industrial applications.
At the heart of the control is this valve manifold. These five valves precisely manage every step: feeding, producing, backwashing, draining, and flushing.
